THE ASK:

Design the entire layout and select all of the finishes, lighting, cabinetry, hardware - from the floor to the toilets to the cabinet handles.

CHALLENGES:

This unit is located downtown on the 6th floor, so special attention was given to items that could be delivered into the space.

THE ANSWER:

The first floor with the living, dining and kitchen spaces was left completely open. Keeping the ceiling exposed and installing reclaimed wood flooring maintained the urban vibe of the condo. The juxtaposition of shiny pendants over the 18ft long island made for a wonderful food display when entertaining.
