THE ASK: Turn an existing sandwich shop space into an upscale pub.

 

CHALLENGES:

The space is 2 separate buildings with a floor level change right down the middle. Needed to find a way to connect the 2 small dining spaces.

THE ANSWER:

Open up the dividing wall as much as possible and span a custom zinc bar in order to connect the 2 buildings. Custom banquettes and round booths enable more seats with their built-in feature. Accent lighting throughout creates a moody atmosphere and curated art helps set the stage for an old-world feel.
